Orders & Shipping
Standard shipping typically takes 5-7 business days. Express
shipping (2-3 business days) is available at checkout. Orders are
processed within 1-2 business days. You'll receive a tracking
number via email once your order ships.
Yes! We offer free standard shipping on all orders over $75. For
orders under $75, shipping is a flat $6.95. Members of our loyalty
program enjoy free shipping on all orders.
Absolutely! Once your order ships, you'll receive an email with a
tracking number. You can also log into your account to view the
status of all your orders. For real-time updates, click the
tracking link in your shipping confirmation email.
We start processing orders quickly, but contact us within 2 hours
of placing your order and we'll do our best to make changes. Email
us at [email protected] or call our customer service line. Once
an order has shipped, we cannot cancel it, but you can return
items once received.
Returns & Exchanges
We want you to love your purchase! Items can be returned within 30
days of delivery for a full refund. Items must be unworn,
unwashed, and have all original tags attached. Sale items are
final sale but may be exchanged for a different size.
Log into your account, go to "My Orders," and click "Return Item"
next to the order you wish to return. Follow the prompts to print
your prepaid return label. Pack the item securely and drop it off
at any authorized shipping location.
Yes! We offer free exchanges for size or color changes. Simply
select "Exchange" when initiating your return in your account.
You'll receive an email with a link to purchase the new item at a
discounted rate once we receive your return.
Once we receive your return, refunds are processed within 3-5
business days. The refund will be credited to your original
payment method. Please allow an additional 5-10 business days for
the refund to appear on your statement.
Payment & Billing
We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, PayPal,
Apple Pay, and Google Pay. For your security, we also accept
prepaid gift cards. All transactions are encrypted and secure.
Absolutely. We use industry-standard SSL encryption to protect
your data. We never store your full credit card number on our
servers. All payments are processed through PCI-compliant payment
processors.
Only one discount code can be applied per order. However, our free
shipping offer on orders over $75 can be combined with a discount
code. Loyalty points and rewards are applied automatically at
checkout.
Account & Profile
Click "Sign In" at the top of the page, then select "Create
Account." Fill in your email address and create a password. As a
member, you'll earn points on every purchase, get early access to
sales, and enjoy exclusive perks.
Click "Sign In," then select "Forgot Password." Enter your email
address and we'll send you a link to create a new password. The
link expires after 24 hours. If you don't see the email, check
your spam folder.
Earn 1 point for every $1 spent. Points can be redeemed for
discounts (100 points = $5 off). Reach Gold status at 500 points
for free shipping and early access to new arrivals. Platinum
