How to Return

Submit a Return Request

Contact us via email at [email protected] or call +1 (270) 391-0430 to initiate your return. Please include your order number and reason for return.

Receive Return Instructions

We'll email you a prepaid return shipping label and detailed instructions for packaging your item(s).

Ship Your Return

Drop off your package at any authorized shipping location. Keep your tracking number for reference.

Receive Your Refund

Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll process your refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.

Exchanges

Need a different size or color? We offer free exchanges for all regular-priced items. Simply contact us with your order details and preferred exchange option, and we'll ship your new item as soon as possible.

For exchanges, we'll cover the shipping cost for the replacement item. If the exchange item is priced differently, we'll adjust the difference accordingly.

Refund Information

Refund Timeline: Refunds are typically processed within 5-7 business days after we receive your returned item. You'll receive an email confirmation once the refund has been issued.

Original Payment: Refunds will be credited to your original payment method (credit/debit card or the payment method used at checkout).

Shipping Costs: Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error or a defective product.

Return Shipping: We provide a prepaid return shipping label for all returns. The cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund unless the return is due to our error.

Damaged or Defective Items

We sincerely apologize if you received a damaged or defective item. Please contact us immediately with photos of the damage or defect, and we'll make it right.

For damaged items: We'll arrange for a full refund or send a replacement at no cost to you, including return shipping.
